Who is responsible for your information?
Harley, an independent escort working in Manchester, is the data controller for everything sent through https://harley.spartanmanchester.com. This is a separate site from spartanmanchester.com with separate records. Information sent here comes to Harley and is not shared with that site's booking system.
What information is collected?
- What you type into a booking form. The name you give, a phone number or email address, when and where you would like to meet, what you are interested in, anything you tell her about your health, and anything you write in the free-text boxes.
- Nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party tracking. The only cookie it sets is a session cookie that exists to make the booking form's security token work, and it is deleted when you close your browser.
What you send is stored in a database belonging to this site alone. It is separate from spartanmanchester.com, and the account this site uses has no access to that site's records at all. Two things are worth being specific about, because plenty of sites do the opposite without saying so:
- Your IP address is not kept. A one-way scramble of it is stored instead. That is enough to see that several messages came from the same place, and it is not an address anybody could be traced by.
- The exact sentence you agreed to is stored with your message, rather than only the fact that you ticked a box. If the wording on the form is ever changed, your message keeps the words you actually read.
- If a page here goes wrong, the fault is recorded so it can be fixed. That record holds the page address, the error and the line of code. It never holds anything you typed.
Why is it collected?
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a booking, and to keep it safe. Health information in particular exists so that what happens in a session is safe for you, and it is asked for that reason alone.
The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and, once a booking is arranged, the performance of an agreement between the two of you.
Who is it shared with?
Nobody, with two narrow exceptions that are both obvious in context. If you book a duo, the other person involved is told what they need to know in order to be there. If a booking is at the dungeon, the dungeon is told a room is needed and when, and nothing else about you.
It is not sold, not passed to advertisers, and not shared with anybody else's booking system.
How long is it kept?
An enquiry that does not become a booking is deleted once it is clear nothing is going to come of it. A booking is kept while there is a reason to keep it, and then deleted. If you would rather it went sooner, ask, and it will.
What can you ask for?
Under UK data protection law you may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Ask by text message or WhatsApp, and none of it needs a reason or a form.
If you are not happy with how a request was handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Discretion, in practice rather than in principle
You can say which number is safe to use and which is not, and that instruction is followed. If you would rather do all the contacting yourself, say so and nothing will be sent to you at all.
