Terms of booking

You must be 18 or over

This site is for adults. Every booking form asks you to confirm you are 18 or over, and a booking will not be accepted without it.

What you are paying for

You are paying for Harley's time and company. That is what is being agreed and what any figure quoted covers. Anything that happens within that time is the free choice of consenting adults and is not what the fee buys.

A booking is a request until it is confirmed

Sending a form does not book anything. Every submission is a request. Harley reads it, replies personally, and a booking exists only once she has confirmed it and the deposit has been paid. Nothing on this site enters a diary automatically.

The same is true of any change to an existing booking. A change is a new request, however small, and it is not agreed until she has said so.

Deposits

A booking at the dungeon is paid to the dungeon in advance, and that is separate from my fee. Dungeon bookings of £400 or more also take a 25% deposit for me, and an incall on a day I am not normally working takes a 25% deposit as well. Everything else, including an incall on one of my working days, takes no deposit at all, and the balance is settled on the day. A deposit holds a slot that nobody else can then have, which is why it exists.

If Harley cancels, the deposit is returned in full. If you cancel with reasonable notice it will normally be carried over to another date. A cancellation at the last minute, or not turning up, means the deposit is not returned.

Dungeon hire is separate and is not her money

A session at the dungeon carries the dungeon's own hire fee. It is payable in advance and is non-refundable, and that is the dungeon's rule rather than Harley's. Whether you pay it to them directly or to her to pass on, it is not part of her fee and is not refunded by her.

Consent, and stopping

Everything that happens is agreed in advance and in writing. Nothing is added on the day by either person without the other agreeing to it.

Either of you may stop at any point, for any reason or none. Any session involving BDSM runs with a safeword and it is honoured immediately. Consent given in advance can be withdrawn at any moment, and withdrawing it is never something you have to justify.

Behaviour

A booking may be ended, on the spot and with no refund, by anybody who is aggressive, is noticeably drunk or under the influence of drugs, pushes past an agreed limit, attempts to photograph or record without agreement, or is not the person who made the booking.

Health and safety

Sex is safe only, without exception. The booking form asks about health, injuries and medication because a session can be physically demanding, and answering it accurately is your responsibility. Anything you leave out is something that cannot be worked around.

Discretion, both ways

What you tell her stays with her. In return, please treat her privacy the same way: no photographs, no recording, and no sharing of her details or her address.

Independence

Harley works independently. She is not an agency and does not book anybody who has not agreed to it themselves, which is why the booking form offers only the people she works with directly.
